By purchasing any service from LOV7 Studio (“the Company”), you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms establish the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between you (“the Client”) and LOV7 Studio — Cuti Thomas.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Collaboration & Communication
1.1 — Service Delivery
LOV7 Studio provides professional logo and branding services. A successful project requires feedback provided on time, clear and honest communication, approval or revision requests submitted through email or WhatsApp, and respect of revision limits (if applicable to your package). Once a deliverable is approved, no further changes can be requested for that version.
1.2 — Design Process & Deliverables
All branding projects include original, custom-made logo concepts (no templates or AI-generated logos), final delivery in professional formats such as AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG, a basic brand guideline depending on the package, full copyright transfer upon final payment, and unlimited usage rights for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
1.3 — Design Originality
LOV7 Studio does not use templates, pre-made assets, or stock icons for logo creation. Each logo is designed specifically for the Client.
1.4 — Support
Support is available via WhatsApp and via email at support@lov7studio.com. No video or phone calls are offered due to our streamlined design workflow.
1.5 — Client Delays After Purchase
Your project begins once your payment is confirmed and your questionnaire is completed. If the questionnaire is not completed, this does not justify a refund.
1.6 — Files Before Approval
Before concept approval, files are delivered in basse résolution, sometimes watermarked, and strictly for review only. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of unapproved or unpaid designs is strictly forbidden and constitutes copyright infringement.
2. Refund Policy (Summary)
The full refund policy is detailed in a separate policy (“Refund Policy”). By purchasing, you agree to the terms of that policy. LOV7 Studio offers refunds only under specific conditions and not after final files have been delivered or downloaded.
3. Company Obligations
3.1 — Right to Refuse Clients
LOV7 Studio reserves the right to reject any project at its discretion.
3.2 — Changes to Policies
LOV7 Studio may update prices, packages, or policies at any time. Changes apply to future purchases.
4. Fees & Payment
4.1 — Payment Terms
Payments are due in full and in advance. By ordering, you authorize LOV7 Studio to charge your chosen payment method.
4.2 — No Work Without Payment
No concept, asset, or file is created before full payment.
4.3 — Cancellation
You may cancel any time before work has started. Once the questionnaire is completed or concepts are created, the refund policy applies.
5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOV7 Studio from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of delivered designs, unlawful use of intellectual property, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
6.1 — After Final Payment
Once the project is completed and payment received, you gain full ownership of the final logo. You can trademark it, use it anywhere (print, digital, commercial, etc.), and modify it as you wish. LOV7 Studio retains the right to display the final logo in its portfolio unless a written request asks otherwise.
6.2 — Before Final Payment
Until the project is fully paid, all concepts remain property of LOV7 Studio, and you may not use, upload, publish, or share any concept. Misuse may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
LOV7 Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or consequential or incidental damages. The total liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service.
8. Confidentiality (NDA)
Both parties agree that all shared information — brand details, strategy, business information — is confidential. LOV7 Studio commits to never sharing your information with third parties (except designers involved in the project) and to using your data solely for the purpose of delivering your project.
9. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
9.1 — Dispute Procedure
If you believe there is an error, you must contact us first at support@lov7studio.com. Chargebacks freeze the project, instantly invalidate the refund guarantee, and may lead to legal action if done in bad faith.
10. Revisions & Abuse Prevention
Unlimited revisions (for applicable packages) apply only during the active project. Requests must remain reasonable and aligned with the original brief. Abuse, such as excessive or contradictory revision requests, may lead to additional fees or project termination without refund.
11. Final Delivery & Completion
A project is considered completed when the final files are delivered or when the Client has not responded for more than 20 days. After final delivery, any additional work is billable.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions represent the full agreement between the Client and LOV7 Studio. Any changes must be made in writing. If any clause is invalid, the remainder of the document remains enforceable.

Refund & Revision Policy — LOV7 Studio

At LOV7 Studio, all logos and branding assets are fully custom-made.
To ensure professional service and prevent misuse, this policy defines the conditions applicable to refunds and revisions.
By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Revision Policy.
1. Delivery of the First Concept
The first concept is considered delivered as soon as the client receives the logo preview in low resolution or with a watermark.
All files sent before final approval cannot be used publicly or commercially.
2. Refund Request Deadline
A refund is only possible before any revision has been requested, and only within a maximum of five (5) days after the delivery of the first concept.
After this deadline, no refund can be granted.
3. Eligibility Conditions for a Refund
A refund may be requested only if a legitimate reason is demonstrated.
A legitimate reason means the delivered concept does not match the original brief, contains a major error, or shows an objective inconsistency with the information provided before the project began.
A refund is not granted when the issue can be corrected through a revision, when the client changes their mind, or when the client asks for a new artistic direction that differs from the original brief.
4. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
No refund is possible once a revision has been requested.
No refund is possible after the final files have been delivered.
No refund is granted if the client simply wants to try different styles, change the creative direction, request a new design, or express a subjective preference that can be adjusted through a revision.
No refund is possible in cases of client inactivity or delays caused by lack of communication.
No refund is possible if concepts are used, partially used, screenshotted, reproduced, or exploited in any form.
Any use of an unpaid concept constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
5. Revisions (Revision Policy)
Revisions are intended to correct or adjust the existing concept based on the original brief.
Revisions do not allow the creation of a completely new concept, a change of artistic direction, or contradictory requests that oppose the original brief.
In packages that include unlimited revisions, revisions remain limited to reasonable, coherent requests within the same concept.
Abusive, repetitive, contradictory, or off-brief requests may result in additional fees or project termination without a refund.
6. Client Inactivity & Project Completion
If the client does not reply for more than twenty (20) days, the project is automatically considered completed and delivered as is.
After this date, no revision or refund is possible.
7. How to Request a Refund
Requests must be sent to support@lov7studio.com using the same email address used at the time of purchase.
The request must include the client’s name and a clear explanation of the legitimate reason.
Each request is reviewed objectively within 24–48 hours.
8. Refund Processing
If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
